The rental rate includes all taxes, water, heating and kitchen gas.
Rental starts on Saturdays between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm and ends on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.
An advance payment of 30% confirms the booking. The balance is due no later than 1 month before the start of the rental. The safety deposit is due at the handing out of the keys (see the amount in the above table) .
Bed linen can be provided on request. Single bed: 11 € - Double bed: 15 €.
Handtowels / Bathtowels can be provided on request: set of 2 : 4 €
The final cleaning can be organized on request.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- up to 90 days before the beginning of the rental: no costs.
- between 90 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental: 30% of the rental fee.
- less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental: 100% of the rental feee.

THE CHRISTMAS TREE IS OFFERED TO YOU AND ITS DECORATION IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL.
FOR A RENTAL OF TWO WEEKS THE WOOD FOR THE CHEMINEE IS OFFERED TO YOU FOR APARTMENS CESAR AND MARIUS.
